Monthly Pest Preventive Services
Introduction
Since Graduating from Environmental Pest Management of Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1993, I have established a successful Pest control company. My goal is to achieve a pest free environment for facilities where pest management is of the utmost importance (Restaurants, hospitals, schools, food processing, residential, commercial, industrial, etc.). This is best achieved by an integrated pest management program (I.P.M.). IPM is a combination of pest monitoring, good sanitation practices, education, appropriate solid waste management, and physical-mechanical and biological pest control. As a last resort pesticides are used in a manner that will assure no exposure and potential risk to people and the environment.

Providing a sanitation pest control checklist report: After the conclusion of each visit, a report checking off structural problems, sanitation conditions, presence of pests and any products used will be forwarded to the person/persons in charge at the time of service for corrections if any.
Pest Control/Pesticide Log Book (CFIC)(HACCP) After the conclusion of each visit, a detailed log book report will be forwarded to the person/persons in charge to keep on file and to meet with guidelines recommend by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
Pest Coverage: Rats, Mice, Cockroaches, Silverfish, Firebrats, Beetles & Non-Wood Boring Ants
Additional Services: Fly Control, Bird Control, Outdoor Insect Control, Lawn Care, Wildlife Removal Etc.... These services can be provided at an additional charge.
Application practices Chemical usage patterns, as described in registrations, are strictly adhered to in our performance of services. We will provide you with pertinent information on all products that may be used in or around your facility as well as procedures of safe application. Most indoor infestation can be controlled with alternatives to pesticides. No pesticide shall be used without prior approval. As new products or techniques become available, we will present such where a product or technique is applicable.When it comes to the safety of the public and the environment here at Atlantic Graduate, there is no guess work in the use of pesticides.

Details of Monthly Contract (Indoor Services)
Rodent Control: The technician will make a scheduled initial service inspection of the facility. The detailed inspection will be made in order to locate any infestations in all critical areas. In these areas Locked rodent bait stations will be installed and will be monitored on a monthly basis and replaced as needed. As for inside, catch-alls, snap traps and glue boards will be installed and replaced as needed. All material and supplies are included in the contract and placed only in approved areas.
Insect Control: The technician will make a scheduled initial service inspection of the facility. The detailed inspection will be made in order to locate any infestations in all critical areas In these areas insect glue boards and stations will be installed and monitored on a monthly basis and replaced as needed. All materials, and supplies are included in the contract and placed only in approved areas.
Deodorizers: The technician will install a Aerosol Micro Metered Air Freshener in each washroom and change canister during each visit.
Details of Additional Services (Outdoor Services)
Insect Control: All outdoor areas will be inspected on a regular basis and treated only at the request of (_____________________________) with a non-persistent but residual type product at least once a year (June\July) for the control of crawling insects.(ants, earwigs, beetles, weevils, etc) Outdoor treatments will consist of the foundation being treated, walkways, flowerbeds, under shrubs, etc.
Lawn Care: At the request of management, all grassed areas can be managed by our staff to eliminate any weeds that may have invaded, insects (chinch bug, grubs etc..), Grass cutting service or just too improve the health of the lawn by providing nutrients that it maybe lacking. This service is very important where allergies and appearance are of importance as well as eliminating harbourage areas for rodents and insects.. Again this service is only at the request of (_____________________________________) and a price worked out at the time of the request.
Terms of Monthly Contract
(A) In the event that any major alteration to the site occurs that would materially increase or decrease our services, renegotiation of the rate will be undertaken when such alteration is complete.
(B) Our program will be for a period of one year, making regular visits ___ once a week ___ once every two weeks __ once a month etc….., and will renew itself automatically until 30 days written notice of cancellation is given by either party ______________________________________ 8 _______________ ___ shall extend necessary co-operation within practical limits on a continuing progressive basis to ensure effective results from our program. However, should Atlantic Graduate fail to render a satisfactory service at any specific area, they shall be given thirty days to correct said condition. If said condition cannot be corrected, then undersigned reserves the right under this contract to cancel balance of same.
